You are entitled to request a replacement within 30 days after you, or a third party named by you, have received the furniture. The product will only be replaced if it is received with any manufacturing defect. Please Submit a Request with your name, order number and the manufacturing defect.
Only unused products are eligible for replacement. In case of a replacement, we will ensure the products are picked up at the address specified by the customer.
If the order is placed for a ready-made product without any customizations, it is eligible for cancellation but under replacement policy. Another product of same amount can be purchased in place of the previously ordered one.
Customized Products are not eligible for cancellation or returns.

As soon as we receive your order for a ready-made product, dispatch process will begin within 24 hours. If you have placed an order for a customized product, it may take up to 3 days for the dispatch process to begin.
